About Hardzy
Hardzy is a hardware and home-improvement delivery platform operated from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our app, website, or WhatsApp ordering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Account and orders
- You must provide accurate delivery address and contact details when placing an order.
- Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed (for prepaid orders) or accepted at checkout (for Cash on Delivery).
- Product prices, availability, and estimated delivery times shown in the app are indicative and generated based on live stock and logistics data, and may change before an order is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order - with a full refund where payment was collected - if a product becomes unavailable or if we detect fraudulent or abusive activity.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Hardzy does not store your card, UPI, or bank account details. By paying online you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service as the payment processor for this transaction.
Delivery
Delivery timelines shown in the app are estimates based on stock availability and logistics conditions at the time of order, and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, or supplier stock issues.
Product information
We aim to display accurate product descriptions, images, brands, and pricing. In case of any discrepancy between what was ordered and what is delivered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of liability
Hardzy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, beyond the value of the order in question, except where required by applicable Indian law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hardzy after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
